WATCH THE TRAILER

A Film by Annelise Wunderlich & Richard O’Connell

The Corridor is a feature-length documentary that portrays an innovative experiment: the nation’s first high school custom built inside an adult jail. The film follows one semester inside Five Keys Charter School in San Francisco, observing as student inmates, teachers, and law enforcement staff prepare for graduation day and navigate a new paradigm of criminal justice that’s based on the human potential for change.

The Corridor premiered at the Mill Valley Film Festival on October 7, 2017 where it received the San Francisco Film Critics Award for Best Bay Area Documentary. The film will air nationally on PBS in the spring of 2018 — stay tuned for air dates.

The filmmakers are currently raising funds to screen the film in communities heavily impacted by mass incarceration. Please support their impact campaign here.
